Returns

Selling purely online we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to know how an item will look and fit, which is why we have made returns and exchanges as easy as possible.

As long as the item hasn't been worn (you are free to try them on) and is in as-new condition, we will happily exchange for another item of the same value, or you can return the item for a full refund within 60 days of receiving your items (see refund policy).

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ellikumo.com.au. Include in your email your contact details, order number, the items to be returned, purchase price, method of payment (never include any banking/card information in email) and the reason you are requesting a return. Please do not send any items until you have received a response. You can then send the item(s) to

Once we have received the items we will contact you and you will need to pay any difference in cost or if the new item is less, we will refund you the difference to the same payment method you originally paid with.
